Great communication with owners, helpful advice, trailer was clean but showed some wear. The shower wand leaked and difficult to get trailer leveled. No fault of owner, but the trailer was a bit small for two adults and two large dogs. otherwise, all was good!

- Minimum renter age of 25 not allowed
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No smoking/vaping inside camper.
- NO standing/walking/climbing on the roof.
- No animals other than cats or dogs allowed without prior written permission. (Dogs and cats are recommended to be crated when left alone in camper. Damages will be taken from your deposit.)
- Clean up after yourself! We will do the heavy lifting, but please wipe up bigger messes, especially things that will stain.
- Be gentle with the interior - do not jump on beds, no shoes on beds or dinettes, follow the provided rules for plumbing usage.
