Kevin changed the listing between booking and rental. I was charged a $300+ fee for grey and black water dumping despite having done this before returning the RV to him. He refused a walkthrough upon drop-off. I was also charged for wood being in the storage despite this wood being there during pick up. Don't recommend booking with Kevin.
I did change the listing after the booking and prior to the rental; however, these changes had no effect on the rental. The renter returned the RV without emptying the tanks, didn't fill the gas tank or propane. I asked the renter if there were any problems and he said everything was fine. I told him that I had 3 days to inspect the RV and would submit the form later.
Great experience renting this RV. Kevin was very responsive and it was a great fit for my family of 4. Highly recommend!
