- Burning Man - This RV is Burning Man friendly. Expect to pay higher nightly rates and 2x Security Deposit. Detail Cleaning Fee of $750 will be applied to RVs not returned in acceptable condition.
- The Black and Grey tanks need to be emptied prior to return. If they are not empty you will be subject to a $300 fee. A prepaid dump fee can be added before taking possession of the RV for $150
- Please adhere to your scheduled pick up and drop off times as closely as possible. Arrive early, you will be subject to a wait. Arrive late, you may also be subject to a wait and a fine
- Our pick up and drop off times are flexible within our regular business hours Monday- Sunday 9am to 4pm, we will contact you prior to your trip to get you into open slots on our calendar.

We had a great experience working with Molly at Fireside RV. She was friendly, professional, and made booking easy, even honoring the military discount, which we really appreciated. For most of our trip (5 out of 6 days), everything went perfectly, and the RV worked great. Unfortunately, on our last evening, Murphy’s Law struck and we had an issue with a broken serpentine belt idler pulley.
We had a great experience with Molly and her team from firesideRV rentals. Very easy to communicate with, very helpful with all our questions and made sure we had what we needed for our trip. We will absolutely use them again!
