- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- This rental property is a NO Smoking property. If this rule isn't respected there will be an added cleaning fee added to your final bill. Price will be determined by owners discretion.
- You are responsible for cleaning up at the end of your stay. This includes: all trash needs to be bagged and tied, dishes or kitchen utensils that are used must be cleaned and dried(clean sink)
- Please use the provided hamper for your dirty towels and bedding. Put all items in hamper on the last day of your stay.
- Littering outside the camper will be subjected to a penalty fee.
- Stealing of any kind will be subjected to penalty accordance to the law. Be respectful of our property, as we would respect yours.
When choosing your Insurance during booking you MUST choice either Essential (Bare Minimum) or Preferred insurance only (recommended).
