Good communication, very clean, loved the sleep number bed
We absolutely loved renting from William! The RV was immaculately clean, fully stocked (they even take the time to put sheets on the beds & provide towels - down to a hand towel! so much thoughtfulness!) and ample space. We felt right at home in it! The best part - and yes, this may sound silly - was the sleep number mattress!
The camper was in very good condition and we enjoyed it. A few items were less than ideal.
1. The AC unit was very noisy so we had to turn it off at night.
2. The owner is not qualified to deliver to Michigan State Parks, which is a problem.
3. The picture shows a truck and camper. I don't know why the truck is shown, and so prominently. Only the trailer was being rented.

NO QUESTIONS, BOOK THIS CAMPER! We rented from William for the week of June 17th, and would rent from him again! He was extremely responsive to both texts, and through the RV Share site. We had a few issues figuring out the water, but William was on top of it and even came to our site to help us! The camper had all of the amenities we needed for camping with three young children.
