My Family and I enjoyed an amazing vacation to the beach. A few small issues but Adam was super quick to respond and help fix. There were no pots and pans or small items that a typical camper would use included in the rental. & 1 set of sheets for the main bed.
I wish that we had good things to say, unfortunately we ran into the worst issue possible with our rental. On the second day of our trip when we were 800 miles from home we discovered that the RV was infested with mice. We reached out right away and it was agreed we would resolve when we were scheduled to come back. We were visiting my sick father in North Carolina over 4th of July week.
We are sorry for your experience with your rental. We go through each and every RV before and after every trip. We wipe down every RV from top to bottom after every rental. It is unfortunate that a mouse got into your rental as you claim. We did inspect the RV when it came back and before it went out and nothing was found but at least you got a free trip.
