Ramsey was always responsive and answered any questions we had after booking as well as while we had the rental. If we get the opportunity again we would definitely rent from him again. The camper was very nice and fit the needs we had for our trip.
Everything was as promised. Ramsey was flexible and worked with us on pickup and drop off. He was very helpful and explained operation of trailer. Everything on the trailer worked as designed. Great experience. We would rent from Ramsey again.

We delivered the camper today back to the owner. He accused us for not emptying the tanks when we did in fact empty them before we even cleaned out the camper. We did not poop in the camper at all, it was basically used for a place to sleep for my sisters wedding. We had a house and port a potty’s on the land we stayed on. We don’t even poop in the camper we own.
Renter was very demanding on giving her a later check out time. I extended it for her. Unprofessional and un-knowledgeable in the process of how renting campers through 3rd parties go. She booked the camper and thought she could just have anyone drive it (her husband) without being listed as a driver. She later then realized she couldn’t do so and did add him on.
