Hi! I am Cody, a husband and dad of 4 great kids. In 2022, we had the inspiration to buy a camper and haul it with a truck 5,000 miles around the USA. We went to 9 different National Parks. Cody was great to work with and easy drop off and pickup!
Overall communications and coordinating drop off and pick up were good. There were three items we felt were subpar:
1. The RV had not really been cleaned well. Bathroom floor was dirty and appliances had splashes left on them from the previous renter. Gave a feel that the RV was dirty. The cushions on the table were also very dirty and stained.
2.
I truly want to apologize. The previous person who rented it before you, kept the camper longer than they had originally signed up for (as I mentioned during hand off). They even wanted to keep it longer but I demanded it be returned as I had your rental coming up. I had less than 8 hours to turn the camper around and pass it off to you.
Cody was very pleasant and easy to work with and the camper was great! Minor thing is whatever cleaning product used to clean left a residue on the appliances, giving it a not so clean appearance.
