Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 30
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No smoking of any kind inside the trailer at any time. Evidence of this rule being violated will result in the excessive cleaning fee.
- Pets allowed but please be responsible pet owners.
- Please clean up after yourself and treat it as if it was your own. sweep floors at the end of the rental. Cleaning supplies provided
- Please empty grey and black tanks at the end of the rental.
- ALL Festivals of ANY kind are off limits. EDC, Burning Man, etc, Tailgating events will be on a case by case basis.
