This RV was really easy to drive, the amenities were fabulous, and our trip went really well. Communication was prompt and the owner was really nice and very understanding when our return was delayed. They were accommodating and very helpful. It was such a great combination of a wonderful RV and a wonderful owner! We had a great experience and would definitely recommend.
Alex provided the van in spotless condition and well outfitted with the basics. He and his team were also very responsive when we had questions while we were on the road. The vehicle ran very well and gave us no trouble, and it was pretty easy to figure out how everything worked. We did not have occasion to use the generator.
I'm not sure how to respond to this. We had a wonderful trip and everything was great.
A few days ago I was sent an email from RVshare saying there was a 'claim' on the account. But no one answered me when I asked "for what?"
Absolutely no one.
Communication during the trip was great, the owner responded the few times I texted him quite immediately.
