Communication was good but thats about it. The RV was filthy(dirt on floor, cabinets not cleaned, shower & bath had hair). We paid to have the rv setup and dropped off. The owner was specifically told not to hookup the water to the front hose bib on the house. Of course the rv owner did and it flooded the basement with water.
Rada was very easy to work with and the camper was perfect for our family. It is a great value! Also, the queen bed was unbelievably comfortable.
