Matt is top notch! Super easy, great communication, clean and "as-advertised". There is real value here. We are well seasoned with Campers and RV's and know what to expect. Matt and his Thor are a 5 out of 5! Will rent again and strongly encourage anyone to work with Matt.
We had such a great experience with this RV rental, and Matt was SO helpful & communicative! The RV itself worked great. Matt was particularly attentive to ensuring the RV was road-safe in advance of our trip, including brake & tire maintenance. He also shared these really helpful how-to videos so we could familiarize ourselves with the vehicle in advance.
Thank you Kristen and Mike! You both were wonderful! Too wonderful in fact, couldn't find one spec of dirt to clean up after your trip :) Pretty boring cleaning after you but boring is good. I would rent to you both a million times over!
We took an eight-day RV trip for our family of five, staying at multiple RV parks. Working with Matt was extremely easy. He is so friendly and responsive. The RV comfortably fit our family of five and Matt offered us pots and pans and other helpful supplies. We would definitely rent his RV again.
