- Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside of camper. Forfeiture of entire deposit may result.
- Only the RV safe toilet paper may be used. Renter will be responsible for entire cost of septic repairs if this rule is not followed. Waste tanks must be emptied. Fees will result for this as well.
- Camper must be in the condition it was prior to rental when it is returned. Cleaning fees will be applied if this is not followed. This includes the stowing of items provided with rental.
- Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. Animals cannot be left alone in camper and if they are, must be crated and confined. Renter is responsible for the cost of all damages.

The owners were very gracious and friendly when they dropped off the camper at the campsite for us. We got a full tour and some of the most comfortable camping rocking chairs we’ve ever sat in. They also included some lawn games and bedding that we weren’t expecting to be included.
