It has two slide outs and a big awning .This RV has been kept in great condition, everything works as it should and is very clean. It has a queen bed and a comfortable full size pull out couch. It has a tv in the bedroom and one in living room both set up with roku. It also has a nice stereo.

Very nice older class A unit. We paid for pickup and delivery. The owner delivered and setup what she could. The door containing the electrical hook up was jammed, and wouldn't open. I managed to get it open after about a half hour with some tools. I don't know how long she tried before I got there. Crisis averted. She then showed us how almost everything worked.
Renters were great and clean. I felt so bad about the water pump as I have never had to use it. Took rv to mechanic and water pump was burned out. Water pump now replaced. Everything works as should now.
