Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No smoking inside.
- If pets make a mess, clean it up promptly, don't just let it set there.
- All service hatches and doors will remain closed and awning retracted, in inclement weather to prevent damage.
- At the end of each rental, remove all items from freezer/fridge, dispose of all food, hygiene products and trash and have the amenities used (pots, pans, plates ,cups etc) cleaned and put up.
