A week before pick up, I receive a notice that awning is broken, I ask if a ez up is possible, they say no. I send a notification the day of pickup, that I will be there in 3 hours, they say they won’t be there.
If you were uncomfortable picking it up without help, you could have chosen delivery. We all have work, and I cannot always be there when you decide to pick up. Awning was damaged during a prior rental not long before you, an owner cannot anticipate those things - that is part of life.
The rv was just as represented! I highly recommend Brian!

Great camper and Brian was very helpful
Highly recommend Brian's sweet little camper!! RV-safe TP and clean sheets were all provided (we brought our own blankets/pillows) and happened to have all of our own other kitchen supplies too, but they were available upon request!
Brian was also very flexible and highly communicative throughout the entire process, and pickup/drop off were a breeze.
