Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- For Delivery rentals, Trailer may not be moved except in evacuation emergency unless discussed prior. We setup and breakdown for you to just enjoy, leveled and ready to go.
- Smoking and drugs: There is No Smoking allowed in the RV. If smoke (including cigars, pipes, etc.) is detected by smell or residue requiring a deep cleaning, you will be charged for all lost rentals.
- Only dogs, Max 2. Potty trained. Dogs may not be left alone in rv Owner is released from liability to animal. $60/dog fee each.
- Please take off shoes, and keep animals off the couch and bed please.
- A rental agreement (SRA) is required as part of this rental, and vehicle insurance declaration page is required along with drivers license to verify ownership and towing capability. 7 pin plugin.
We have a full hookup site on our property in spokane, wa also. 30/50 amp, sewer, water.
Generator is required for bookings that do not have at least 30 amp dedicated power. Boondocking only allowed for experienced RVers.
