- Up to $300.00 Cleaning Fee applies if RV returned with garbage/waste left behind or excessive dirt, stains or signs of smoking inside or other blatant abuse.
- $250.00 fine for returning RV without emptying septic/black or grey water holding tanks.
- Non-refundable $250 Concert/Festival Fee for concerts, sporting events, or festivals. Large event rentals require pre-approval before confirmation and require a $1,500 refundable security deposit
- Non-refundable $200 fee for out of state use. Out of state travel must be pre-approved before rental confirmation and require a $1,500 refundable security deposit.

This was a small RV but perfect for our trip.
It drove nice, AC was nice and cold.
We had the most wonderful camping trip in Kelly's RV - our boys were especially thrilled with the wonderful selection of games! Communication was excellent and everything was clean, comfortable and well stocked with plenty of creature comforts. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from Kelly and her family again!

We had an issue with the water heater not working, and were informed 3 days before pickup. Hopefully that problem will be corrected before unit is rented again. Overall a nice unit. Kelly was very responsive, although we had an overage charge that we had to address through a dispute resolution. It was corrected quite quickly.
Thank you for being so understanding with our unexpected mechanical failure. I know how inconvenient that was for everyone involved. I hope all the extra amenities I added at no cost helped with the inconvenience. Thank you for choosing to rent with us.

I have rented from RV share for years and this was one of my best rentals. The RV was great the communication was great my only complaint would be the fact that every single storage compartment in the RV is full. There are so many towels and pots and pans in here it's unbelievable. I had to take five loads out just to load my own stuff in.
