The camper was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The camper was delivered an hour late and the slide out would not slide out. After about an hour working on it Steve was able to ratchet it out. We were there for a two night stay. On second night when I tried to take a night time shower I found that there was no hot water.

I want to apologize for the inconvenience that you experienced with the camper! We had no idea what was going on with the slide out and took it to the dealer after your reservation to take care of it and they have fixed the issue. It had not given us trouble prior to that!
I wish you would have reached out to me about no hot water! You must not of had the hot water tank on.
The camper was delivered to our campsite at Hungry Mother State Park. It was clean and stocked well with pots and pans and cooking utensils. We had an issue with the hot water heater repeatedly shutting off. We had to push the switch off and on several times a day to keep it running.
Thank you Karly for your review. I am sorry the hot water issue that you experienced. Had you let me know before the day that we picked it up we could have solved the issue. We had it checked when it was returned and here you had went through all the gas in the two tanks that we had provided.

The unit, a Forest River Avenger, is beautiful and well equipped. Rebecca delivered it and set it up perfectly. We were super pleased with the cleanliness and the entire experience. We will definately put it on our list to rent again!
Everything went very smoothly, the RV was great and the owner was very responsive and helpful, I would definitely rent this RV again in the future
