Two things I believe need to be added to the RV, first would be a spare tire and second would be a better tool kit. Out side of that I hope no one ever needs to rely on the road side assist. We needed their help twice. In short they suck. It takes quite a while to speak to someone and then they can be very hard to understand.
Yusan was great to deal with and communicated well, we went from Ohio to Arizona and back and had no trouble with the camper!

Yusun and Stephanie are the best! Great communication. Responsive to questions about RV during the trip. Eventually ended up in Martinsville, Quebec, Canada to find clear skies for eclipse photos. RV is warm and comfortable! All in all a wonderful experience.

We had a great time, RV in great shape. Unable to use water due to the cold weather. And unable to get heater to stay on at night, so everyone slept in your son’s house.

RV was as nice as advertised. Owners were very friendly and helpful. They were up front about any/all known discrepancies with the RV and assured me that I could contact them at any point during the rental period. Great overall experience.
