- Minimum renter age of 25 not allowed
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Please strip/collect all used linens at the end of the trip and place on the bed.
- Pets Allowed: Any damages by pets left unattended will be deducted from deposit.
- No smoking allowed: any evidence of smoking within trailer will result in a 300$ deduction from deposit
- Please dump all black/grey water before returning. Not doing so is a 50$ charge
