- Pets Allowed: Any damages by pets left unattended will be deducted from deposit.
- No smoking allowed: any evidence of smoking within trailer will result in a 300$ deduction from deposit
- Please dump all black/grey water before returning. Not doing so is a 50$ charge

Cassandra and Curtis were very easy to communicate with. Their RV was clean and very nice, with all the amenities that we could need, we had a great time in their rental. Would rent from them again.
We enjoyed staying in this Family Friendly Rental. Curtis and Cassandra were great to work with. Communication was nearly instant - Curtis patiently responded to ALL our questions. Rig was well stocked, there was even a nice Care package for us that included literally everything you might have forgotten plus a few “extras”. When we arrived it was all set up and ready to go.
