Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- The renter will incur additional cleaning fee of $500 if there is evidence of: Smoking Pets Excessive dirt & grime The RV is expected to be returned in similar condition to how the renter received it.
- Any vehicle damage must be reported immediately. For repairs needed due to damage or equipment malfunctions contact your host first. Damage or theft of any provided item will be charged $50 per item.
Fuel will incur a $7.00 per gallon charge if not returned full.
Propane will incur a $9.00 per gallon charge if not returned full.
