Nichole was very responsive! We did wish there was a canopy but luckily we brought our canopy.
I recommend bringing your own pillows for this rental but that’s minor. It would have been nice to have it delivered 10 more miles away than the limit.
Overall great working RV, drove great, no trouble leveling or getting slide out, and the AC worked amazingly.
Nichole was extremely accommodating. She explained everything thoroughly, answered all our questions and she even checked in with us during the trip to make sure everything was going great. The RV was fully loaded with everything that would need for a trip so if you happen to forget something, chances are she has it on board.
This was my first time using RV share and the experience was awesome. The RV supplied by Nichole matched the listings to a tee. It was used as and emergency back up to sit in my yard due to a pipe break in the house that required the water too be shut off for two days.

Nichole and Jerry were great hosts in all respects. They were super flexible throughout the process. They gave a great walk through and tutorial when they dropped it off and really ensured that we knew everything we needed to know. The RV was clean and generally in good working order. Throughout the trip, whenever an issue came up they were extremely quick to respond and seemed happy to help.
