Rental Rules

- Minimum renter age of 25
- You agree that any Loss or Damage to the property will be billed to your credit card. Any excess cleaning will also be billed to your credit card at an hourly rate of $25.00.
- There will be a $150 charge for each undisclosed guest or pet. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please be sure to let us know if your original plans change to avoid incurring this fee.
- NO SMOKING IN THE RV. NO EXCEPTIONS. Any indication of smoking in the unit will result in a forfeit of your deposit for additional cleaning and ventilation.
- Dogs shall not be left in the unit unattended. Damage from pet waste, chewing or scratching of the upholstery or window treatments, etc. will require appropriate reimbursement for repair/replacement.
- Any damage to the mattresses/bed linens will incur a minimum $50.00 fee. This includes sheets that are ruined by spilling wine, coffee, blood, etc. Basically, you break it - you buy it.

We had a great time renting Scott’s RV. Everything was exactly as pictured and it was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for camping! Communication with Scott was effortless and would definitely rent from him again!
The RV was perfect for our family of 4. The large (queen) size of the bunk beds was great. Everyone had plenty of space. Additional refrigerator outside was a bonus too. Thanks Scott

I wish there was a way i can leave more than 5 stars! This was by far the best money I have spent. Scott was very nice and helpful. he was easy to communicate with and answered all my questions. When he arrived to set up, he was like a member of the family. The RV was beautiful and huge! my wife and kids had a blast. can wait to do it again next year!!
