Rental Rules
- Minimum renter age of 25 not allowed
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- You agree that any Loss or Damage to the property will be billed to your credit card. Any excess cleaning will also be billed to your credit card at an hourly rate of $25.00.
- There will be a $150 charge for each undisclosed guest or pet. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please be sure to let us know if your original plans change to avoid incurring this fee.
- NO SMOKING IN THE RV. NO EXCEPTIONS. Any indication of smoking in the unit will result in a forfeit of your deposit for additional cleaning and ventilation.
- Dogs shall not be left in the unit unattended. Damage from pet waste, chewing or scratching of the upholstery or window treatments, etc. will require appropriate reimbursement for repair/replacement.
- Any damage to the mattresses/bed linens will incur a minimum $50.00 fee. This includes sheets that are ruined by spilling wine, coffee, blood, etc. Basically, you break it - you buy it.
