- • No parties or big events. • No eating or drinking in bedroom or living room. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room only. • Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin.
- • Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. • Damages must be paid by guests and will be reported through rental company. • Wash the dishes, and throw out the garbage.
- • No burning of any kind inside. (Candles, Incense, cigarette, etc) • Do not leave wet items on top of wood furniture. • Make sure to clean out washer and dryer after use.
- • Make sure to turn off lights and any electronic when not in use. • Do not attempt to move RV after set up.
- • If you use the yard chairs of tent put them back as you found them (or better). • Report any damages or broken items immediately. **Failure to abide by the house rules WILL result in extra fees.
