- Minimum renter age of 33
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No festivals. No Burning Man. You will be charged $3000 if you violate this restriction agreement
- Pets allowed with refundable pet damage fee
- You will be charged $150 if black/grey water tank is returned full or partially full
- You will be charged a fee of $50 plus price of gas if not returned with same amount of gas as when taken.
