Nothing but a strong recommendation for Daniel and this camper. The camper was ready when I arrived and Daniel went through all the steps for setting up and taking down. He covered all the amenities and provided everything needed except the tow vehicle. Had one issue during the rental with a breaker flipping due to me using too many appliances at one time.
Daniel was amazing to work with. He made sure I had a pickup process conducive to rainy weather. He was responsive when I needed him. The popup was the perfect size for our family and nicely set up. Would definitely rent again.
Renting from Daniel was such a great experience. This was our first time renting a camper and he made it so easy. Great communication and very accommodating. The camper had everything we needed and was perfect with 2 little kids. I can't recommend Daniel highly enough.
Our experience with the Joyful Jay could not have been better - Daniel and Annadele were personable and responsive in all communications. The camper is clean and thoughtfully designed with lots of helpful extras included (sheets, pillows, french press, hot water pot, fans, cups/plates, outdoor rug, and more). The camper travels well on the road. Highly recommended!!
