You must book your campsite. We prefer it to be a full hook up site. Your site must have at least 30-amp electric service and able to accommodate at least a 33' camper with one slide. A full hook up will have sewer and water at the site as well.

- Your campsite must have at least 30 amp electrical service.
- ONLY RV TOILET PAPER CAN BE USED. Damage from overuse or of foreign objects in the holding tanks are subject to loss (in part or whole) of the security deposit.
- Unit must be returned in the condition delivered. All your personal items removed, any dishes used washed, and generally cleaned removing all refuse. We handle the in-depth cleaning and sanitation.
