Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No Smoking or drug use is allowed in the vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100
- Maximum of 5 guests while vehicle is in operation. RV can sleep a max of 6 persons. Renter is responsible for checking maintaining engine oil, tire pressure and coolant levels at each refueling.
- RV must be clean prior to return. Including emptying all tanks, Fresh, Gray and Black tanks. $150.00 cleaning fee will be charged.
- You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. If RV is abandoned renter is responsible for all costs associated with recovery of RV.
- Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter, if the renter believes it is due to negligence, the tire must be brought back for professional evaluation. Reimbursement is based on that result.
Awning must never be left extended overnight, when leaving campsite, or during inclement weather especially high winds. Renter is responsible for all damage.
