- Festivals & events must be disclosed. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of entire security deposit. If not returned in same clean condition as it left there will be a $1000 cleaning fee.
- All Festival requests are subject to additional fees and restrictions and are approved on a case by case basis
- Please return RV in same condition it was rented to avoid extra fees
- Please return RV with same amount of fuel and propane as you left with, typically full. If we have to refill it, there will be a $49 charge plus fuel.
- Please opt in to dumping fee if you will not be emptying tanks yourself. If we need to do this upon return there will be an extra $25 fee plus normal dumping fee added.

This was our first RV experience, and that too with kids....and I have to say that we couldn't have asked for a better RV experience. Thanks to Jen and Eric for sharing their RV with us. RV was as nice as it looks in pictures....and everything worked great. There was plenty of space for four of us....we did small cooking inside- and it was great....
