I won't charge he propane refill fee as I figured a 3-7 day trip does not use too much and had renter to refill for ~$10 propane is not worth it. I will refill it once below 1/4.

Great RV rental experience! The owner was quick to respond to all of our questions and provided very clear instructions for both pickup and drop-off. The RV was clean and exactly as described in the listing.
It was our first time and John made sure the trip remains smooth. He was flexible for pick up and drop off. Explained all operations in-person and in detail. He was responsive for any query we had while on trip. Even asked if we have any issue. Moreover guided us about RV parks and camping areas.
He was being fair in all dealings and communications. We are happy to experience such facilitation.
The owner was outstanding to work with. At pickup he showed us all the functions of the RV and answered every question. During the trip, he assisted us in modifying our reservation by extending a day. He texted once just to see how everything was going and responded to texts quickly. I would definitely rent from him again.
