Rental Rules
- No pets

- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets and smoking are not allowed in the camper. Evidence of unauthorized pets or any smoking will result in a loss of your entire refundable security deposit.
- The awnings are very susceptible to wind and rain damage. It must be rolled up in windy conditions, at night, and any time the camper is left unattended. Do not hang or tie anything on awnings.
- The camper furnishings are not to be removed from the camper nor relocated outside. Do not bring in any other furnishings, including outdoor chairs, into the camper.
- RV Toilets are designed for disposal of single ply RV toilet tissue only. Under no circumstances should anything else be disposed of in the toilet. No feminine hygiene products, diapers or wipes.
- Highest tier of insurance is required for this booking. "Optional" interior damage coverage is required. No exceptions.

We had a great trip! The RV was clean and had all the cooking items we needed. We loved the extra room since and everyone slept well in the bunks and bed. We give it 5 stars!!
We had a wonderful time camping in this very spacious rv. Everything was as described and great communication. They provided everything, even chairs to sit in out front. We hope to rent again in the future. Lovely little home away from home!

Second year renting from the Coons. I can't say enough about how effortless & simple they make the entire experience! The camper has all the amenities anyone could need, and lots of room to spread out. Kayla's always great to respond with any questions. Loved our trip, and hope to rent again in the future!
We had a great time with this camper as we used it to tailgate at VA Tech with no hookups. Brad was on time with the delivery and explained everything as he did our site set up. We only had 3 people sleep over. One in main bedroom, one in Bunk Room and one on the pull out couch. We had plenty of propane and used the generator. The blackstone was great as well.
Great trailer. It was perfect for our get together. Great communication. Owners made pick up and drop off easy! Thank you!
