The refrigerator wasn't working so I had to cancel the reservation at the last minute. I tried to message Matthew several times weeks before my trip but response was slow or never. I was contacted the morning of the scheduled pickup when I was informed that the refrigerator didn't work.
Mathew was helpful and a good communicator, but there were a few outstanding issues he promised to fix, including the fridge, the water hose, and the jack stabilizers.
I hate to leave a bad review but I would also hate for someone's trip to be ruined. So the RV is not as advertised. It's not new. The fridge handle is broken, walls are peeling, it's pretty banged up. However, it functioned. The AC and toilet and fridge worked. It's not stocked at all, so you'll need to bring plates utensils, pots/pans...all kitchen stuff.
Communication was great and he responded right away. We used the trailer to dry camp at a musical festival and it was the perfect size. T he A/C ran great too!
This was my first time renting a camper and Mathew was very nice and was easy to work with. However, the camper was in rough shape with a broken refrigerator handle (which prevented the refrigerator from being opened) , multiple broken jack stands on the camper, missing crank for bathroom vent, missing stove knob, broken running light on driver side and no spare tire to name a few things.
Just as described. Quick communication. I would for sure rent from TNT again. It was a very good experience
