- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Only RV Rated Toilet Paper to be flushed in Camper Toilet. No Wipes to be flushed in Camper Toilet. FEES MAY APPLY IF WIPES OR NON PERMITTED TOLIET PAPER FOUND FLUSHED DOWN TOLIET.
- Renter required to dump BLACK AND GREY WATER prior to drop off. Owner can dump for Renter at $20 fee.
- Generator required full tank of gas upon drop off. If gas is not full, gas will be refilled at a rate of $10 per gallon charged to renter.
- *EARLY PICK UP/LATE DROP OFF AVAILABLE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND FEE.
- Propane Tank required to be full upon drop off. If propane tank is not full Propane will be refilled at a rate of $10 per gallon charged to renter
