The RV was exactly as pictured! It was easy to drive and John was great and very quick with all communication.
John was thorough with the pre trip communication and extremely responsive during the while experience. The truck ran great and we only experienced minor issues which he assisted us over the phone. Great value and a really good experience.
First time RV user, rented this RV for 3 nights to go to Acadia National Park. John made this experience seamless: during pick-up went over all necessary details, answered all my questions, and gave heads up for anything that may go out of ordinary. Driving the RV is comparable to a Home Depot box truck or a similar sized U-Haul.
John was a a great host and made sure I knew everything needed about the RV. He was flexible with my pick up and drop off situation, and overall the rental and logistics were super easy to deal with.
The RV itself is pretty great. I am used to an older tow-behind camper, so it was pretty refreshing to have 4 bed spots, a shower and a built-in generator and a full fridge with freezer.
John was easy to work with and he had that RV stocked with all the necessities!! We had a wonderful trip down the East Coast. Thank you John!
We took a cross country trip in John’s rental. What a trip! When we picked up the RV John was great about explaining all mechanical, electrical and storage procedures. We had a few mechanical and electrical issues during our 30 day trip and John was always quick to respond and help. This RV has a ton of storage and sleeping space.
