We appreciated having the use of this camper. The drop off and pick up was well communicated and on time. The camper had pretty much everything we needed if we hadn’t brought our own stuff aside from linens on the bunk beds. Our issue with the camper was the cleanliness. It was filthy. We had to sweep and mop floors multiple times in order to be comfortable letting our baby on the floor.
We had a great experience renting this unit. Perfect for a trip to the lake and to be able to stay at a campground. We opted for full set and it was delivered and ready at our campsite with the AC on when we arrived and we left it as we found it.
Chad went above and beyond. Delivered and set up the unit in the pouring rain. Prompt responses to emails, texts.
Great communication, interior was very nice, lots of miscellaneous supplies proved handy. Overall a great experience.
Chad was great to work with and communication was good. The trailer was typical and the only issue was with the door being hard to close. Chad had gone over that with us. If we are in that area again we will see if this trailer is available.
I sat back and played cards with my family as they hooked and set the camper up. Communication was awesome! The easiness of this makes it well worth the money. Beautiful camper as well!
