Luxury 5th wheel. Front living room space with bedrooms in the back. Full loft to fit 3 twin beds. Each couch pulls down to sleep 2 each. Master bedroom has a king bed. Full hook ups. Great location. Quiet neighborhood with lots of adventures and fun around. This will stay on my property, which has full hook ups . 20 minutes from Shasta Lake.will consider delivery on Saturday or Sunday ONLY

My husband and I purchased this 7 months to relax and get away from life. It works and we come back refreshed. A unique layout with the living space separate from the master bedroom. 2 upstairs loft spaces for the kids to have their own space. Check out the pictures to see why we fell in love with the layout. Delivery is a possibility. Can only do on Saturday and Sundays. No other days.
