Buyer beware. The unit is located as a very run-down and sketchy storage area not the location identified when you book. The owner does not live in-state; they use a third party -- don't expect too much detail or information. Biggest concern -- the trailer is very dirty, smells, and has seen a lot of usage over its 3 years. The cabinets are stained, and the refrigerator/freezer are stained.
Nancy was a great hostess. The airstream was just as listed and provided us with a great road trip. Pickup and drop-off were a piece of cake. I will rent from her again.
Nancy and Raul were so easy to work with, and so willing to help. Very easy pickup, trailer is well stocked, beautiful and very clean inside and out. I’m a long time camper/RVer and this was a great rental process. Will definitely rent from them again.
Raul and Nancy did a great job communicating. They also keep their trailer super clean. It was in excellent condition. I’ve rented other trailers for camping that had mechanical issues, but this one has all systems in great working condition. They were very punctual with drop off and pickup, too. Highly recommend!
Great experience working with Nancy and Raul. They were very flexible and informative. My wife and I just wanted to get out of Austin, so we stayed in the Texas Hill Country and enjoyed the scenery. Ari, their Airstream, was clean and easy to rent, use, and return. This is the way renting an RV should be!
