- This is a SMOKE FREE trailer! You are responsible for your guests. If anyone from your party does smokes in the trailer, you will forfeit your entire deposit.
- The trailer should be returned in the condition you received it. If this is not done, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $150. This is separate from the required deep cleaning fee.

We love our dogs and want to be sure that if you bring yours, you respect our trailer by cleaning up after them. We have a vacuum and broom available to remove hair and dirt as well as disinfectant spray for any accidents that might occur. Sorry, no cats allowed.
