Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Not permitted for use at music festivals. (however, tailgating at sporting events is permitted)
- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING - of any kind, including vaping. Go outside & stay away from any open windows.
- Respect of host's property & time is required! Host uses this unit personally, and cleans it too (not hired out)!
- Climbing to/standing on the ROOF is PROHIBITED.
- Awning is only to be used during periods of bright sun + no/low wind. Awning should ALWAYS be fully retracted when RV is unattended. This is the single easiest way to protect your security deposit!
No linens are included; plan to bring your own sheets or sleeping bags, pillows, hand towels, and bath towels.
Kitchen items are not included unless the "Kitchen Kit" add-on is purchased.
