My wife and I have been camping for several years now and enjoy doing so. We are going to rent out our camper for a while because we are expecting another baby boy in a few months and most likely won’t be using it much. Rental Rules
- No pets

- If using the awning please roll awning in if high wind approaches.
- Make sure that when you book your site that it can accommodate at least a 45 foot Camper to be on the safe side. No tent sites.
- No Pets. If a pet is brought into the camper without permission $250 will be deducted from the security deposit for cleaning.
- No fresh fish should be frozen in the freezer.
- Before checking out of the camper please make sure it is in nearly the same clean condition that it was in when it arrived. A broom and vacuum will be available.

We had the unit brought to the camp site, he had it setup and ready to go. It was a short weekend for us, but he was accommodating.
The camper has everything you need and is very impressive. It’s like staying in a Luxury apartment, lots of compliments at the campground. It was really nice to not have to deal with the typical tiny camper refrigerator.
