Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- If using the awning please roll awning in if high wind approaches.
- Make sure that when you book your site that it can accommodate at least a 45 foot Camper to be on the safe side. No tent sites.
- No Pets. If a pet is brought into the camper without permission $250 will be deducted from the security deposit for cleaning.
Delivery and pickup by owner is a requirement.
The 5th wheel has a fresh water holding tank of 66 gallons and is available and is included with the rental. You will have to let me know if you want it filled prior to delivery.
