The trailer arrived right on time, with the AC running and the fridge already nice and cool—perfect after a long drive. Nikki was great to communicate with and super quick to respond to any questions I had. Made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

Nikki was the best! The trailer was all set up when we arrived, and the AC was turned on. One of the biggest surprises was that the trailer was stocked with so many supplies. We really appreciated the little things that were available for us to use, including coloring books, goggles, games, cups, pots, pans, etc. The communication with Nikki was also fantastic.

This was our second time renting with nikki and everything was great. They delivered, set up, we got to just show up and everything was ready. Her communication is great. Perfect family trailer.
Communication between Scot and Nicky was amazing, As they were readily available to answer any questions. I scored them low and some areas just because renters before us had broken a lot of things. There was no door on the master bedroom. There were multiple things broke. There was no curtains on the bunkbeds.
Thank you for your feedback, Kelley. We apologize for the items that were missing and damaged. We do have a large claim in for the damage done by the previous renter and that was just approved last week by insurance to address the damage.
