- Please be sure to unhook awning from bed slide outs prior to closing. Closing without unhooking rips the awning and will result in partial loss of refundable deposit (Please ask us if you're unsure)
- We are reasonable folks and we don't expect our camper to be returned spotless, but please remove all trash and empty refrigerator prior to return.

Great all around
The owner listed photos that were inaccurate. He did not have working lights and when you plugged in to a socket and went to remove the plug the light fixture came out of the wall. The door did not close with at least 1” gap and then there was no way to secure the door from inside or out.

Wow!!! This camper had everything we needed and then some! The owner was super friendly, extremely helpful, and answered all of my questions promptly and accurately. It has incredible AC (Air Conditioning). I even had to wear a hoodie to bed one night! Easy to set up, even easier to break down. Handled like a dream through cornfields, gravel roads, and on the highways.
