- No smoking allowed
- Toilet rules: #1 only if you’re having owner set up. If you’re traveling you must clean out black/grey tanks or will be charged $100 fee
- Hot water: you will need to be shown how to operate if you need hot water
- You will sign an agreement for additional equipment not secured in camper. If any is missing or damaged you will be charged per agreement. Example: hitch, brake connector, grill
