Rental Rules
- No pets

- Minimum renter age of 25
- The RV should be returned with trash emptied, floors swept, and dirty towels in the shower. Additional post-trip fees will be charged if excessive cleaning is required.
- If you would prefer not to do the dirty work, we will empty gray and black water holding tanks when you return the RV. The fee for us to empty is $45.
- We regret that, due to severe family allergy/asthma, we cannot allow pets or service animals in our RV. Thank you for adhering to this policy.
- Returning home can be tiring, and you may prefer not to fill the gas tank before drop off. If you'd like, we will refill the tank for the cost of fuel plus $45 (RVShare adds 15% service fee)
- While we love helping people create adventure and fun memories, we aren’t able to allow music festivals or camping off of paved or gravel surfaces.

This couple is absolutely fabulous and down to earth. Very immaculately cared for RV both mechanically and interior wise. Patient and professional. Very large and spacious with helpful checklists and guides to get through your trip with ease. They were a pleasure to work with making our big family reunion trip one of a lifetime.
