The trailer was clean but felt a little banged up from previous renters. It was noted these concerns (and the ventilation fan) was going to be improved, which I appreciated.

Antoine was so helpful walking us through everything on the camper. He had thought to include absolutely everything that you could possibly need for a camping trip. Trailer was spotless and easy to tow. It was very comfortable to sleep in.

Rental Rules
- Minimum renter age of 25

- No smoking allowed
- No climbing on the roof. The roof rack is for a bikes, kayak, or small cargo box for lightweight items. Please be sensible and responsible in using the roof rack.
- Teardrop trailer is smoke free. We have a $300 "odor fumigation" charge if you smoke in the new trailers.
- Teardrops must be returned cleaned, inside the sleeping and the kitchen area. A cleaning kit is provided in the kitchen. If the Teardrop is returned not cleaned a $105.00 fee will be charged.
