Unfortunately this RV had some issues that compromised our trip and were not able to be resolved by the owner or RV Share. The water heater did not work so we had to take cold showers, the dinette table was broken so it did not convert into a bed like it was supposed to, the rear AC unit was broken, and the outdoor TV was smashed.
Overall great experience.
Hau is a real pleasure to rent from. He was flexible with pick-up and drop off times. I must have called him a dozen times and each time he was courteous, patient and stayed on the phone until he felt I was sure of the situation. The Frontier is an awesome rig! Quiet, powerful diesel with an air cushion ride. I would rent from Hau again!
Han's was very great to work with. He continued to communicate with me during the entire time that I had his motor home. A very pleasant experience indeed.
