Overall, the experience of renting Norms RV was excellent. The vehicle was in great condition, easy to drive and provide all the amenities needed for an enjoyable RV experience. Dealing with Norm and his assistant, Ray, was an absolute pleasure and I would highly recommend this rental if it suits your needs.
RV van rented from Normam through RV Share. The process requires time and organization; however, it is necessary to feel confident when you pick up the rented van and start your journey. We picked up the van from Newton Square in PA, reviewed the buttons and appliances with Norman's assistant, and then started our trip from Delaware to Bozeman, MT.
The van was fine…just fine. Let’s start with the positive: Captain’s chairs were quite comfortable for driving. Van was well equipped with a dorm-sized refrigerator, induction cooktop, sink, full toilet, and shower. Sofas were very easy to convert to a bed, which appeared to be between a full and a queen. We brought camping mattresses, which made the bed a bit more comfortable.
The RV was nice but the owner, Norman, was amazing. He was responsive, available and accommodating. Highly recommend renting from Norman.
The RV was very nice. It drove fine, except I couldn’t set the driver seat back far enough. The tinted part of the windshield was kinda irritating as the lower edge was at my eye level. Norman was great and easy to communicate with. The reason why I didn’t rate the amenities higher was we never got to use the toilet, shower, etc.
