Less than 24ft, easy driving and handling, yet big enough with everything for up to 6 person, perfect for a family of 4 to 6. We took the RV to Yellowstone in 2022 summer and it was an awesome trip. Regular oil change (every 7500 miles), replaced 6 tires with Michelin CrossClimate at DiscountTire on 05/26/23. Generator serviced by Cummins in June, 2025.

I won't charge he propane refill fee as I figured a 3-7 day trip does not use too much and had renter to refill for ~$10 propane is not worth it. I will refill it once below 1/4.

This was exactly what we needed for our long weekend of camping! There was so much more space for storage than we were expecting and the owner was very flexible for some last minute changes and incredibly helpful. We are so glad we went with the Minnie Winnie instead of a tow behind (or even bigger bus style). Would recommend and thanks again John for a great experience!
