- RV is delivered and set up at your location. RV site must have 30/50 amp electrical, water and sewer service. Reservations are subject to review by owner prior to rental agreement.
- No Smoking. No Pets
- It is the renters responsibility to clean RV, unless you pay for cleaning. Cleaning tools and supplies will be provided. Refrigerator and Pantry should be emptied of all food.
- Rented Towels should be placed in shower. Rented Linens should be stripped, and linens placed on primary bed. Covers remain on all mattresses even when using your own linens.

We've rented trailers for the past 4 years to spend time at the beginning of each summer with extended family at a local lake. The Ward's trailer and their participation in the rental process was hands down the best we have experienced to date. The trailer is immaculate and is a perfect design to get the most out of 36 ft.

My 86 year old mother and her HHA were absolutely in pure comfort of a home on wheels! we rented it for them and everything was just as it was listed ..
