The only problem was the trailer was not ready when I arrived to pick it up. The pickup date was changed but it was not changed in his personal calendar. I returned at a later time to pick it up and every thing was great after that.
Gus is super easy to communicate with -- quick responses and good feedback/info. We had the trailer delivered and picked up, which was a great option for us. Trailer was totally fine for us but bear in mind this is not a luxury camper -- so don't expect that! We were unprepared to find there was no cutlery and suspect that will be fixed; a sharp knife or two would also be helpful.
We had a great experience renting Gus’s trailer! Gus was an excellent communicator throughout the entire process, and pickup and drop-off were quick and easy. The trailer was simple to tow, comfortable, and perfect for our camping trip. It was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with all the essentials we needed. We would definitely rent from Gus again!
